FTC publishes guidelines for blogs

I noticed that yesterday the FTC published guidelines about how
bloggers must disclose material connections to companies whose
products they favorably review. I got to wondering if there
might be someway to use this to get people like Laura Didio
or Rob Enderle to disclose "material connection" ties to
Microsoft. Hmmm, perhaps this is just wishful thinking...
