You said you didn't have full logging turned on, so I'm not sure what it
would show, I know procmail can remove duplicates by tracking msgid. If you
have verbose logging, I would think it would log a message about duplicates.
Is the problem still happening ? Or is it a one time thing so far ?

Would the procmail log still show it as delivered to the correct mailbox?
