mkdir ~/ogg-music
cd ~/music
find * -type d -exec mkdir -p ../music-ogg/'{}' \;
find * -name '*.ogg' -exec mv '{}' ../music-ogg/'{}' \;


Be sure to preserve the quoting above or it may not work...
