Gore did coin the term "information superhighway" and has managed to
come out of public office relatively unscathed. He does incredibly
good works and makes intelligent movies while the rest of bask in
misinformation and the 7 Deadly Sins (meaning to "miss the mark")
hopelessly programmed by television.
Most of "us" don't even realize the depth of the NSA's ability to
intercept information or their use of "network protocols". The rest
can't even conceive of where this will all take up on the information
