Guide by Keir Thomas. It appears to me that this guide is most useful to
people just getting started with ubuntu. Although you can buy a copy for
around $10, you can also freely download the complete book as a .pdf from
the page mentioned above. I think this would be a good URL to mention to
new users at the installfests.
