sudo vgscan
sudo: vgscan: command not found

sudo lvdisplay
sudo: lvdisplay: command not found

I also can not find /mnt/etc/fstab. There is nothing currently in the /mnt
directory.

None of the partitions were created pvcreate, and none are encrypted. I have
only used Parted to create and modify partitions, and they all have valid
types when I use Parted to examine them.

I will try fsck on the volumes that don't mount
