Glad to be able to help. I like reading for context; it's very fun.

I needed to add refuse-eap to my personal connections. I was using gconf-editor using sudo - that was a bad idea.
Good find Lisa.
Thanks,
Eric

Hey all,
I am trying to connect to a Windows VPN from my Ubuntu machine. I was able to connect with standard settings on my XP machine, but Ubuntu keeps saying "The VPN connection failed".
Any help is appreciated.
Eric
