lprng

Hi All,

has anybody got any experience with lprng and samba? I have lprng
working so I can print from the localhost and samba is working as I
can attach shares and all. but when I try to setup a printer in samba,
I am having no real progress. I am running LPRng-3.8.A and
samba-3.2.0-1 on Fedora core 9 machine. The printer is printing fine
with lp. here is the printcap entry:

:cm=Canon I560 \
:lp=/dev/lp0 \
:ppd=/usr/local/lib/bj8pa06n.ppd \
:if=/usr/bin/foomatic-rip \

when I send a print job via samba I get the following info from lpq

Printer: lp1@mustang (originally lp) 'Canon I560'
 Queue: no printable jobs in queue
 Server: no server active
 Status: job 'sean@mustang+837' saved at 10:53:24.612
 Rank   Owner/ID               Pr/Class Job Files                 Size Time
error  sean@mustang+837             A   837 ERROR: too many errors

any ideas?
