If you are using the little white box that I think you are, it will not boot from
CD (even if opened up and an external drive connected), and has no floppy either.
There is a 34 pin connector for a floppy, accessible once the plastic shell is
removed. By connecting an external floppy, a network (or CDROM) install can be
performed.
