while I agree in general (IMHO),
I would just like to point out, that there was a
news report, this year,
about the impact (of decreased Dec. celebrations),
on employees of businesses such as restaurants.
I guess things are tough all over;
Anyway, it was not focusing on of the owners
of restaurants --
the focus of the news item, was the impact on
(e.g.) waiters and "bus boys".
(and maybe, suppliers).
