Linux Security HackFest Lab
Saturday October 11, 2006 Noon until 3-ish

Focus: Knoppix STD ISO Live CD

Agenda: Starts at Noon
1) Short Presentation: OSI Layered Linux Security [OpenOffice Presentation Available for Download if you Arrive Late]
2) Knoppix STD OverView http://www.knoppix-std.org/tools.html [Interactive Presentation]
3) Team Demos/Tests using Handouts/STD Boot [Network will be Setup for Wireless and Isolated Ethernet]
4) Practical Sessions where the Group and Individual Needs Choose the Direction

At the PLUG LABS, full duplex conversation is encouraged. Open Source knows no "experts", only the process of ping/ack/ping for uncovering information, creative play, and egoless fun.

Bring your own Knoppix STD ISO downloaded here, or use ours (first 25 will be available free).

See you there!

We will be providing private test networks (Wireless and Ethernet) unique and excluded from UAT for the HackFest Lab.
Bring your ethernet cable since we can't evalute capacity!

Sign of a Disclaimer will be required at the door to insure that only targeted systems are exploited and that everyone understands the information presented at the PLUG HackFest is for ethical systems use only and might be illegal or bring criminal actions if misused.
