While Bush is clearly for privatization, let's flow chart the full "buyout" plan?
Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae will be privatized, getting the Federal Government out of the housing market as they purchase the assets and redistribute it - under Paulson's touch.
All this effectively buys out is the government requirements for those loans (and the FDIC effects that follow with failures of the housing markets) which they (and we and European and Asian Markets) clearly cannot afford [Laugh!].
