Our governments up here are very corrupt. Microsoft has excellent marketing
skills too that appeal to the civil servants. Booze, whores and drugs - it
was like that in the 80's and I have no reason to suspect anything has
changed since I was with the premiers office in Ontario. Booze, whores and
drugs and a little payola I'm sure.
