problem w/PLUG "lists" web site? server?

Here is what my browser (Firefox 3.0.1) says:
"The server at lists.plug.phoenix.az.us is taking too long to respond."
anyone here NOT getting the exact same thing?
(I can access other web sites - such as gmail - ok . . .)
