Subject: Is there a way to change an oocalc horizontal layout to vertical?

Is there any way to change a horizontal oocalc spreadsheet
to a vertical layout -- i.e. so that all existing horizontal columns
would be converted to become vertical rows, and all data
in each column and row is rearranged accordingly?
