OT: How to put more text in a oocalc cell than shows?

Is there a way to put more text in a given oocalc cell
than will be displayed (or printed) in that cell.

Ideally, when one does a mouse-over that cell, the full
text contents of that cell should be viewable, (but just
not so as to over-write an adjacent cell).
