Aha, OK.
Now it sounds like what happened in the "Town of Sebastopol, CA" is
not such big news -- it [canceled wifi plans] happened in other cities
first.
In that case, I wonder whether the alleged new tech breakthrough
(that "range exceeding 60 miles [...]" thing)
might turn things around.
