it always gives me the wrong time. the hour goes wrong. it is off by five
hours this morning.

/usr/bin/tzselect: line 53: /usr/share/zoneinfo/iso3166.tab: No such file or
directory
/usr/bin/tzselect: time zone files are not set up correctly

this might be the problem.... but why did it not start going off until
recently? perhaps it has something to do with leap year. it was a day off
yesterday but the problem with the timestarted a few days ago and I did reset
the time.
