Thanks guys, I found the problem... Oddly enough it was me.

I do not block myspace per say, I set up an ACL for http originating
from a large block of my space pages and "encouraged discard". So I
could query on it, get a dns name, see cached pages, and see it from one
of the anonymiser sites, etc., but could not connect! I had to actual
look back at my documentation from when I was given the order to block
my space from the remote offices to remember what I did. It was so
burred I would never have found it otherwise.

I could see that ICMP was dropped for a bunch of hops for quite a few of
those who responded, but the page worked, so it was not MySpace. And
one user had the same ISP so it was not them; so it had to me and I did
a two hour hunt through my records to find how I blocked it here and
why.
