The 'fair use' issue has come up on this list several times, so I
thought others might be interested. Basically, a group (the article
mentions Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, Sun, and Red Hat as
members) is trying to expose overly-broad assertions of copyright by
content providers as bogus. Sounds like a good thing to me.
