This is true. However, until these agencies change their policies,
it's still a hassle to anyone running an exit node.

I'm not talking about running a connection through tor. I was running
the exit node from my home connection, so my home IP was blocked.
Using Cox, I had retained that same IP for a few years, so services
blocked my IP as an open proxy, assuming that I was yet another
anonymous connection.

I didn't know about this service. Now that I know it's out there, I
think I'll get an account. Thanks for the tip =)
