Subject: Re: Killing a process when kill -9 doesn't work?
I have had the database corruption a few with RPM's, but the process always
responds to a kill and I don't rember ever having to use a kill -9 to get it
to stop. The I just removed some DB's as dirrected by some web site and
retried the RPM command and it works. I have never had one get hung up this
bad.
