Sure, Darrin, put me on the spot! ;^)
At work we like and use TWiki (
http://twiki.org). The big features we
like are:
- - Full version control on every page and every attachment using RCS on
the back end.
- - No database on the back end.
- - Full read/write access control if you want to use it. We almost never
do beyond functional (ie. Engineering vs. Marketing) separation, but it
is there.
Dislikes:
- - The WYSIWYG editor is not as good as some other wikis have. This is a
BIG barrier to adoption and contribution for anyone not familiar with
the concept of text markup for display control.
- - No database on the back end can make searches slow.
