I have had good service from Webmasters.com. Lots of features, lots of easily
installed software, good rates and good uptime. Also, their second tier tech
support guys have really gone out of the way to help me when I have had an
issue. (The first tier guys have also been helpful, but they generally work
from a pre-written script.)
