Xubuntu. It uses Xfce, not GNOME nor KDE.
You *can* install GNOME or KDE applications, but I'm guessing that doing so
will slow you back down.

I'll have Ubuntu, Kubuntu, and Xubuntu at the InstallFest this coming
Saturday. If anyone needs a copy, please either request it ahead of time or
BOY blank disk(s).
