I already have every version of Windows back to 1.0 available to me, so
that's not a problem at all. It's just that I've been around this long
enough to know that eventually I'll be forced into upgrading my M$ OS one
way or another. It would be different if I was dependent on an app that
didn't need to be updated every year or so, as then I would just relegate
one of the Thinkpads to M$ duty permanetly with XP. Altho, I suppose if all
I was doing was running a mapping app, then there really isn't any reason to
be concerned with all the BS that M$ is doing.
