Even easier is if the connector fits then you can usually with a small
screwdriver or knife pull the contacts out and rearrange them. i would
match the reds and blacks and the 3rd wire is the fan speed feedback,
just put it where the blue wire was. If you are really unsure just
leave it out out the connector to test and then pop it in later.
