Are you looking only for a service, or are you open to the idea of
running it yourself? If DIY is an option, check out the Darwin
Streaming Server, which is the open-source version of Apple's QuickTime
Streaming Server. I've used it for video streaming on Linux, but it's
capable of streaming mp3 audio. It has support for live audio/video
streaming as well, but I haven't used those features.
