here is therror it gives:

    initrd.img-2.4.27-2-k6
    root (hd0,0)
    filesystem type....
    kernel /boot/vmlinuz....
        [linux-bzimage.....
    initrd /initrd.img-2.4.27-2-k6


so wait a second.... this means it also is looking for initrd.img in / doesn't
it?
