I found a program called update-flashplugin so I ran it (as superuser) and
received the message:
automatic installation failed due to network problems or upstream changes
I found a resolution to this at

but wget
http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_7_linux.tar.gz
doesn't seem to work. I changed http to ftp and instead of just erroring out
it times out. Can I ask for any suggestions?
