Anyone know of a 'gimp' expert available for hire?

Anyone know of a 'gimp' expert that would be available
for hire to work on a graphic project?

Specifically, I am looking for someone who can improve
on the examples shown at the following link:

to achieve a photograph quality 24-carat gold shine
similar to that shown in the example word "Super"
and who can provide 'gimp' instructions on how to
replicate that high-gloss or "wet-look" effect.
