Yes, but, this re-enforces fear of change. Must also remember that
change sometimes is exciting, fun, interesting, satisfying, etc. Change
is constant and so must be embraced if life is to be enjoyed. Teach
people and kids to find the positive and work through the fear to the
rewards.

This is true. Thus we must work for our own best interest without
stepping on others' pursuit of their interest.
