Mostly East actually, and in the U district. my($dayjob) is being a
senior admin at a large local ISP(well, we were local- we've since been
absorbed but our call center is still in Tucson).

They are planning for the future. Tokyo is implementing fiber with the
goal being gig-e-over-fiber to every building in the Tokyo met. area.
