frozen-bubble is an SDL game written in Perl. It does not use 3d. but
your video may be the issue. For example, k/ubuntu uses the nv driver
for nvidia cards for legal reasons etc. If mandrake was using an
accelerated driver it would have been faster in general.
I see you have the Intel 915 chipset. Do you still have the xorg.conf
from mandrake? If so look at which Driver was used.
