Subject: Re: webcam
I tried to apt-get gnomemeeting and I had som difficulties but now I need
help..... it needed a bunch of libraries. I got all of them except one.
When I tried to get the one (libp.....) it removed the others
(...plugins...). When I put the others back on it removed the one. I
thought that perhaps I just needed to put everything onto one line (as
shown below) but that didn't work. Any suggestions>?

bmike1@0[~]$ sudo apt-get install libpt-plugins-* libpt-1.8.3c2 --no-remove

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpt-1.10.0: Conflicts: libpt-1.8.3c2 but 1.8.7-1ubuntu1 is to be
installed
E: Broken packages
