So in conclusion you have

Ram: 384M
Drives: 1 SCSI, 1 IDE @7200 rpm
This machine should be fine. Not really fast but ok for day to day tasks.
You might bring it to the Installfest to get some second opinions on
speed. and troubleshooting if it is slow.
