As long as we're nitpicking on this list tonight - and I'm not doing
this to be mean spirited...I often have trouble with sarcasm when it's
not entirely clear.
It's clear that Microsoft not only didn't create the concept of the
'Enterprise' as it applies to computer networking and in fact, were
latecomers to the dance but they are at the dance now and their
marketing efforts and overall language have been consistent enough to
give the impression that they created the concept in the first place -
but that is one of the benefits of being a successful purveyor of
operating systems.
I think that most people on this list understand this but the sarcasm
expressed below tends to cloud your point - at least in my eyes.
