Thanks for making it an Open Source poll. You even mentioned BSD! :)
I did take the poll, but I don't think that precludes answering here. My
home has no proprietary software. I've got a daughter using Ubuntu on a
laptop, and the rest on OpenBSD.
There are consequences. I pretty much gave up my ability to work from
home by ditching Windows. Flash doesn't work on OpenBSD (I could
probably MAKE it work, but that seems to be a violation of their EULA).
