In some parts of the valley you can get 7mb from Qwest, which beats
Cox, but the $21.99 is hot air. They will deny any extras fees and
when you get your bill you will find a ton of them. All I have is a
single phone line with no long distance and 256/640 DSL and my qwest
bill is $90 a month.
