I need help reaching other groups about the LOPSA Sysadm Days.
Please let me know if you ( or someone you know ) is posting the
announcements to another group. There will be a press release tomorrow.
Also, let me know if that group wants to get acknowledgement for helping
sponsor the Phoenix Sysadm Days.
LOPSA believes in local groups and local involvement. As part of that, we
want to acknowledge and publicly thank local organizations that are
promoting the seminar to their members.
For instance, I'm posting to PLUG and I believe Darrin is forwarding over
to PhxBUG just because we want the groups to know about the seminar. Well,
now both groups can get recognition in a press release from LOPSA as well
as getting credit on the LOPSA site.
Bryan is supposed to be forwarding the LOPSA announcements to ASULUG for
me.
David ( or someone else from DeLUG ) would you forward them to DeLUG for
me?
EVLUG?
Anyone from TFUG still on the list?
LUNA?
Payson Linux Users Group? ;-)
Windows or Mac groups?

I need to have the initial sponsor list to our promo people Thursday
afternoon. The acknowledgement press release is scheduled for Monday.
If the group has a contact person I should contact please let me know.

While the primary market is Phoenix, I'd like to promote state-wide. Heck,
we already have several people registered who are flying in from out of
state.
