Linux-based Mobile Device

Does anyone know of a carrier that offers a mobile device running Linux? I
called Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile to find out if any of them offer the
Motorola A780 and none did. Further, none of them offered any Linux-based
device. Any suggestions?
