When I did a 'View Source', I first noticed this:
<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml"
xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"
xmlns:dt="uuid:C2F41010-65B3-11d1-A29F-00AA00C14882"
xmlns="
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40">
This tells me, it's not a web standard, no matter what MS says.
Then I saw this:
<!--[if !mso]>
<style>
v\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
o\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
b\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
.shape {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
</style>
<![endif]-->
This tells me it's gonna look different in IE...
Next, I try to validate the markup against web standards... and...
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fgenesisgc.dyndns.biz%2Findex_files%2Fservices.htm
Fails.
I would recode this site in standard markup.
