The "pkgsrc" packaging system from NetBSD supports it also. pkgsrc can be
used to build or provide many common Unix utilities on Windows. See
NetBSD's webpage at:
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/pkgsrc/platforms.html#interix
which has a few sections about this.
A prebuilt bootstrap kit and prebuilt binary packages for Interix 3.5 are
available:
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/software/packages.html
I use NetBSD's pkgsrc on a few operating systems myself.
