open suse 10.1: yast sources so I can update

After hearing other say how much less painless
OpenSuse So I decided to try OpenSuse 10.1.

It went smothly but slowly. Probably because I'm new
to Suse, I'm having trouble setting up Yast sources
for so I can update it. I thought I go it right by
using sources fron this page
(http://en.opensuse.org/Mirrors_Released_Version#USA),
but i get some error about an unresolved dependency.

Anyone know a tutorial for Suse 10.1?
