Google is your friend.
- Go to
http://www.google.com
- Enter search term: "install firefox linux flash plugin"
- Click "I'm feeling lucky" (Yes, really!)
- Click "Macromedia Flash Player" in the middle of the list
- Follow the instructions you find there
