Why won't new pclinuxos-junior iso download won't boot?

I just downloaded the newest PCLinuxOS "Junior" iso from here:
http://tuxmachines.org/node/8809 onto the winxp side of my
dual-boot laptop and used nero to burn an iso cd. But it
won't boot. The laptop BIOS has the cdrom ahead of the hard
drive in the boot sequence, but instead of booting the CD,
it goes to the LILO boot loader on the hard drive instead.

Any suggestions how to get this new iso to boot?
