Subject: Re: OT (Partially Off Topic) Qwest DSL and DirecTV -vs- Dish Network
I have had Dish network before and was very displeased with their service.
Although they make some very interesting offers, they feel that since they
are a corporation, they do not have to honor what they advertise. I
switched to Direct after a very nasty dispute with Dish over their pathetic
service and a letter directly to their CEO in Colorado. So you may take it
for what it is worth, I would not use Qworst and their services have
underlying and hidden charges that you will not be made aware of until you
actually point them out from your statements and they will be very reluctant
to tell you what these charges are. Dish makes offers, but when you get
your bill the special offers just never seem to get credited to your account
and they love to play that good old corporate game of I am exempt because I
am a corporation. Direct has been the only one that has at least been up
front and honest with their service so far and I hope they stay that way.

Your Friend,
Ralph
