They are loosely affiliated (just by member overlap) with Refresh
Phoenix. And have monthly meetings (where there is a good deal of Rails
discussion). There have been about 10-20 people per meeting and its
been pretty interesting. I am fairly new to ruby so its easy for me to
learn something :)

Actually, their monthly meeting is tomorrow. Check the above URL for
the location ... Scottsdale about Bell and Pima roads at 6:15. We tend
to go have Cuban food afterwards ... which is tasty.
