I've actually found myself in the unique position of being a rainmaker
this time.
The company is System Solutions, Inc.,

came on board, a Linux networking guy left. They have an ISP and data
center with both Linux and Windows boxen, and serve on-site calls with
customers.
They also need to expand on creative web design, a person who knows how to
write programmer-friendly stuff in Dreamweaver.
