simple internet terminal

Hey all,

I am looking to setup a VERY basic Internet terminal for my grandmother.
She is someone who can barely use a VCR. Does anyone know of a Linux distro
that can easily be locked down to just constantly run a simple web browser?
Something like the "Playskool" of Linux distros. Simple big buttons. No
configuration choices. etc... Any ideas?
